The Goodwill Literacy Initiative (GLI) provides quality Adult Basic Education (ABE) and General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preparation to adults over the age of 17 who:
  • Have learning disabilities,
  • Have dropped out of school,
  • Have a diploma but need additional help mastering personal growth skills in:
    • Communication
    • Decision making
    • Interpersonal skills
    • Lifelong learning
  • Need for job skills improvement
GLI programs feature classroom-based instruction and one-to-one tutoring in the basic skill areas of reading, writing and oral communication, mathematics, history, science and life skills in order to improve participants roles as a:
  • Worker
  • Citizen
  • Family member
Daytime and evening classes are available
