Literacy - Improving literacy, life and other foundation skills can help people overcome barriers to employment and retention, particularly individuals who have learning disabilities or have limited work experience. Goodwill offers literacy and foundation skills training to employers though the Goodwill Literacy Initiative and Pennsylvania's Workforce Improvement Network (PA WIN).

PA WIN - The purpose of Pennsylvania's Workforce Improvement Network is to encourage and support the development and expansion of customized workplace foundation skills instruction in Pennsylvania. Professional Development - Goodwill also offers employers professional development training for the entire staff. On a fee-for-service basis. Programs available include:
